I thank my lucky stars that yesterday was really a goooooooooooood cloudy windy day because I've been tanned too much to the extent of sunburnt-ing from my twice-weekly swimming hobby ):
There was me, Bren, Stan, Dex and Merv plus our sense of fun :)
1st was bowling where I had failed utterly as a player...
2nd was roller-blading where I has failed utterly even more.
I became the last and I felt quite bad for dragging all of them to wait for me :/
I sucked at slopes and Dex had to push me up in one of the slopes 0.o
Oh did I mention that I met my downfall at the slope too? And Stan and Dex witnessed it, arhhh so unglam.... So now, I'm nursing a really pretty bruise in my knee :)
Towards the end, I became a slowpoke and simply hitched a ride from Merv/Bren's double bike and Stan's bike.
But Stan's bike was AWFULLY FREAKING FAST which, I think, was my fastest rollerblading speed ever in my entire life 0.o 0.o 0.o
I think I screamed a couple of times for him to slow down but meanie Stan didn't want to stop until I had to let go of him.
But thanks thanks thanks to him, I managed to reach the shop on time at exactly 6.22pm, 3 minutes before my time was up (The shop assistant was the very cheapo kind, waiting eagerly to tax any latecomer.....)
Then dinner-ing at ECP where I finally had my satay! 20 sticks in total - Allejula!
Pigged out too much and went for a stroll along the beach at night :)
Thanks Mafia, I really had great fun yesterday :)
The next time we go on ECP, let's include a picnic and water activities :P
